Synching Animation Unsuccessful

Had a go at synchronising the animations of two pose scripts given to me by Craig. I needed another avatar to test them, so I looked up Pulaski Fizz. He was chatting with a couple of his friends and eventually we tested my creation. Unfortunately no luck. Possible causes include: using gestures instead of animations - fixed that but still no luck, and incorrect listing of linked items - not sure how to do that yet.
