We all got together again last Wednesday 4 Jul 07 at the EduGallery on Terra Incognita. The pictures in the gallery represent notable places in SL that previous Action Learners have found. Our task this week is to seek these out for ideas and inspiration into our own projects.
I saw a picture of a library and mentioned I'd like to write and bind a book. Decka showed me a bookbinding machine and kindly gave me some money to see if I could purchase something similar. I think I will try to create my own animated books. The main issue I see is the expense of uploading image files for each page. Notecards are free but the book effect is lost, as with URLs to webpages. I'll give it some thought.
I volunteered to narrate and that was a bit of a challenge as I can't type very well. At one point I lost the plot a bit, so I apologise to those who were depending on me. Perhaps that's why one of my friendship offers got declined today.
I also asked Decka to examine why I couldn't get my Flatscreen TV to work. We couldn't figure it out, but I think it is a Parcel permissions issue. I look forward to buying some land and having some proper permissions.
